This Privacy Policy describes how and when CollageMo collects, uses, and shares your information when you use CollageMo, including our mobile application and website (the "Services"). CollageMo receives your information through our mobile application, website, and other interactions with our Services. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize CollageMo to use your information in the United States and any other country where CollageMo operates.
Information Collection and Use: Creating an CollageMo Account or Profile: When you create an CollageMo account, you must provide access credentials either in the form of an email address or by authentication using another service, such as Facebook. If you create your CollageMo account by connecting through another service, we may use public information from that connected account to help complete your CollageMo profile. You may update or modify your profile information and contact information at any time. Profile information may be made available publicly on our Services, or through an API, as well as on a profile page. Contact Information: In addition to using your contact information to create your account, we may use this information to send you information about our Services, respond to your requests and facilitate your use of the Services. We may use the contact information (such as your phone number, email address, or push tokens) for customer service. Cookies: Like many websites, we use "cookie" technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services, but we do not require cookies for many parts of our Services. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk. CollageMo may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on our Services, and to customize and improve our Services. If you do not want cookies from CollageMo or other websites, you can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. However, some Services may not function properly if you disable cookies. Log Data: Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our websites, sign into our Services,view videos hosted by CollageMo, or interact with our email notifications. CollageMo uses Log Data to provide our Services and to measure, customize, and improve them. Third-Parties: CollageMo uses a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services, such as Google Analytics. These third-parties may collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, such as cookies, your IP address, or device ID. CollageMo may also allow you to enable or log in to the Service via various social networking services like Facebook, and we may ask you to log into the relevant Social Networking Service. When you add a Social Networking Services account to the Service or log into the Service using your Social Networking Services account, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Social Networking Service and your data contained within that Social Networking Service. As part of such integration, the Social Networking Service will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to the Social Networking Service, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, please remember that the manner in which Social Networking Services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such third parties, and CollageMo shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Social Networking Services that may be enabled within the Service. We do not sell your Personal Information to third party marketers without your permission. We share your Personal Information with third parties only in limited circumstances. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and intend to do business only with companies that also comply. We will not sell your Personal Information. You may also have the option of posting your Service activities to Facebook when you access content through the Service; you acknowledge that if you choose to use this feature, your friends, followers and subscribers on any Social Networking Services you have enabled will be able to view such activity. We may provide collected information to service providers to help us bring you the services we offer. Specifically, we may use third parties to facilitate our business, such as to host the service at a co-location facility for servers, to send out email updates about CollageMo or the Service, to remove repetitive information from our user lists, to process payments for products or services, to print the books that you order, or to provide search results or links. In connection with these offerings and business operations, our service providers may have access to your Personal Information for use for a limited time in connection with these business activities. Where we utilize third parties for the processing of any Personal Information, we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections limiting the use of that information to CollageMo-specified purposes. If we provide any of the information collected from you with a third party, their use of that information will be governed by their privacy policy. For example: when you place an order for a printed CollageMo through the Service, your billing information is transmitted to a third-party credit card processor and your shipping information is transmitted to third-party printer to be printed, bound and shipped to you. We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas, law enforcement investigations, or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We also may release information to protect our rights, property, or other interests, including those of our customers or other third parties or to prevent illegal activities or violations of the CollageMo Terms of Service. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents, or government agencies. If the ownership of all or substantially all of the CollageMo business, or individual business units owned by Lamplighter Ventures LLC, were to change, information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. We may also transfer information if we partner with another company. Information Sharing and Disclosure: Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information to partners through business relationships in order to better serve our users, the technology, and the company. Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in the United States and abroad. We may share your private personal information with such service providers subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that the third parties use your private personal data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions. Law and Harm: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect CollageMo’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party's, including a government's, request to disclose your information. Business Transfers: In the event that CollageMo is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity. Non-Private or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public user profile information, and other broad analytical data such as number of messages sent. Our Policy Towards Children Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account. Changes to this Policy We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at http://CollageMo.com/privacy.html. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an email to the email address associated with your account or through the Services. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
